The Convention Connection offers an array of tours that are rich with the tradition and heritage of the area. From Kentucky Bourbon to the Kentucky Derby Museum, guests can experience the true flavor of Derby City and the Bluegrass State. Tours can be customized to meet the specific needs, interests and budget of your group.

All tours are priced based on a minimum of 35 people and are conducted on comfortable air-conditioned coaches with restroom facilities. A professional and knowledgeable Convention Connection guide accompanies each coach. Bilingual guides are also available.

Tour prices are all-inclusive and feature the following:
	Motorcoach Transportation
	Tour Guide
	All Admissions
	All applicable taxes and gratuities
	Meals (if requested)

After you have selected the tours you wish to offer we will provide tour order forms for you to reproduce and include in your convention registration. Tour orders may be sent directly to our office or to you, whichever you choose.

We will set up a tour registration desk in your conference registration area to distribute pre-ordered tickets and to sell tickets to any tour that has not been sold out. There will be an additional $2.00 charge on tickets sold on-site. If a tour is cancelled less than one month prior to the tour date, a fee of $100 per coach will be assessed.

STEP ON GUIDES
We will be happy to put one of our guides on your motorcoach to show you the many unique offerings in Louisville and the surrounding area. The fee for step on guide service is $100 for the first three hours and $25 for each additional hour.
